F A I L!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, so I know, I totally FAILED at the 30 day blog thing....but I did better than I thought I would...lol

SO, this last weekend, Gary and I went out for dinner. When we were getting ready to leave he got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of his life with him...I cried like a baby!!!! I was so excited!!!! I woke up the next morning and told him that I had the best dream. He told me it wasnt a dream and that it was our life. I HAVE THE BEST MAN IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 4

Ok, so I know that I dont stick to the actually "daily blog" but I am doing it every day that I am at work where I have computer acess!

Day 4: Parents

Where to start! My parents are the BEST!!! I dont know how people can be so sh!tty to their parents. My mom is one of my best friends, my dad is the best man I know (Gary is the 2nd) and I dont regret anything that they did while I was growning up. While growing up my parents were real strict. I couldnt do much if it didnt have to do with sports. I think that I stayed away from alot since they did things that way. I often say that I led a sheltered life. Do I mind? NOT AT ALL!
I will see if I can find a pict of them!

Day 3, First Love

I just want to say that I feel kinda weird writing about someone else. My heart is totally devoted to Gary and to write something about someone else is just not right!!!

I would have to say that my first love was my BMX bike! Yes, not a person, not something that could give love back in return but my bike. I started racing BMX when I was in 7th grade. I loved it! We had a 2 car garage and yet I still took my bike to my bedroom every night. I cleaned it, polished and lubed it every weekend....if not more. I never let anyone ride it and I trained on it nearly everyday. (I sure wish I had that will power now!)

I did fairly well in racing. One season I was 7th in the state points wise, and 2nd in MO. I raced the boys class many times since there was only 1 other girl at my track. We took many trips to go to different races and made our vacations out of it. I raced in Colorado, Las Vegas and Oklahoma.

That is my lame post about my first love. but just wait till day 6...someone who makes me happy....that will be a good post!

Day 2, of my Blogg Challenge!

Hey Hey Hey, I have made it 2 days in a row!!!! Amazing isn't it!?

Well the topic for today is:

The meaning behind your blog name. Well, to answer that...well I'm a little confused. Do I used the name that comes up in the address? gennsss? or is it the title? Just a piece of our life!? hmmmm, Well I will start with gennsss. Back in the day when I first started getting on all kids of blogs/forums/websites I had a 2002 Camaro SS. And since my life evolved around cars, I used that as my screen name everywhere. I only had that car for about 2 years and traded it off for another Trans Am, by my screen name stuck. I still use it for about everything. The "Just a peice of our life!" well I started this blog about the time that I was fed up with JR. I was starting something that was a log of how me and Trenton's life was going to be, and for everyone to see how he was doing and growing. OK, I didn't do so well on that part, but now that its so much more than just me and Trenton....its Me, Gary, Trenton and Holley....I am trying to keep up.

A new breakthru!!!!!

Well I finally figured it out...I found a way to get pictures online with no internet acess at home! Really, its not that hard, im just a little technilogicly stupid! So, I have the most adorable picture of my little monkeys! and no im not just saying that cause they are mine, take a look for yourself!


This was taken for school picture day for Holley, she was so excited to go shopping and pick out a new outfit. After her being upset that she couldnt get a $30.00 shirt (yes just the shirt) she found that necklace that she really liked, so she got that! Trenton didnt have pictures that day but still insisted on getting his hair done and having a mohawk. They look like they actually like each other in that picture. See sometimes they do.

Other than school for the kidos there isnt much else going on. I have been going to meetings for Girl Scouts and we are shifting gears to going to mud truck races. This winter I think that Gary is planning on building a mud truck to race next year instead of all the drag race stuff.

Well I will try and get around to posting a little more. I know, yeah right!

Im Really Trying!

Im really trying to get this whole blogging thing down. Maybe tomorrow I will be able to post a new photo or two. A friend of mine is being induced and I am to sit in on this whole ordeal. I am a little worried about how I will do, but I think I will be fine. I am sure we will have a little down time so I will take my computer and camera and get some pictures loaded.

Nothing real big going on around here. We have a fun filled weekend of racing coming up. I really hope I do better this time than last time...I went out in the first round! We will also have both the kiddos out there so keeping them entertained all day long will be fun! NOT...lol.

I am seriously thinking about going into paramedic school. After reading and following another blog, and my good friend just getting her RN, I am seriously thinking about it. I really enjoy helping people, the rush of the call and looking like I know what im doing! lol

Well here we are!

Well it is once again Monday. I would of typed something out sooner but our computers have been down at work almost all morning!!!
This weekend weather couldnt of been better! Me and Gary are both fried...we werent smart enough to put sunscreen on when out at the swap meet...but oh well it dont hurt.....much! Trenton is his terrible 3 for sure! He has been throwing some of the worlds worse fits!!!! But, then he turns around and hugs you and tells you that he loves you...it just melts your heart! (till the next time!) Holley is so funny, she will ask where Trenton is when he is at his dads, or when he is at Grandma & Grandpas, then when they are together she dont want anything to do with him. I hope to be able to have a way to post some pictures here soon, I think that after this weekend I will have some good ones. Our Girl Scout Troop 1123 is going on our first real field trip to Deanna Rose Farmstead. I have been out there once before with my good friend Cheri, and the kids loved it. Granted they were smaller, but they still liked it. I am wonder though....should I warn my girls of the ATTACH BABY GOATS!!!!? nah, let them figure it out for themselfs! heheheh.....thats my evil laugh!

BORED AT WORK FOR SURE!

WELL I CANT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM THAT I HAVE A GOOD JOB AGAIN. I REALLY LIKE ALL MY CO WORKERS AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL....OTHER THAN I WISH THERE WAS MORE WORK!!!! I KNOW, REALLY....HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT! BUT I GUESS IT WILL JUST GIVE ME MORE TIME TO KEEP UPDATED ON MY BLOG....YEAH RIGHT I KNOW!

NOT A WHOLE LOT NEW GOING ON WITH US, GARY IS WORKING ON THE RACE CAR....LAST NIGHT I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS BUILDING THE CAR FOR ME....THAT MADE ME PRETTY EXCITED BUT AT THE SAME TIME KINDA SCARED. ITS A 66 IMPALA, HUGE! I HOPE THAT I CAN LIVE UP TO HIS EXPECTATIONS OF A GOOD DRIVER,.....GUESS WE WILL SEE.
TRENTON IS DOING AWESOME ON HIS POTTY TRAINING AND DEVELOPING SUCH A GOOD OUTLOOK ON LIFE. (GOOD THING HE TAKES AFTER HIS MOMMA) LAST NIGHT WHILE PLAYING OUTSIDE, HE CAME RUNNIN IN, IN A TOTAL PANIC....HE HAD TO GO!!! HE WAS RUNNING LIKE THE WIND INTO THE BATHROOM AND TRYING LIKE CRAZY TO GET ON THE POTTY! HE MADE IT PRETTY MUCH, LEFT A FEW "SKID MARKS" BUT IM SO PROUD OF HIM FOR STOPING WHAT HE WAS DOING TO RUN IN.
HOLLEY IS DOING WELL, SHE IS AT THAT AGE WHERE GIRLS TALK AND BICKER ABOUT EVERYTHING....OOOHHH HOW I DONT MISS THAT! SHE IS PRETTY EXCITED ABOUT GIRL SCOUTS, I HOPE SHE LEARNS HALF AS MUCH AS I DID IN SCOUTS! SHE IS SO SMART, IF SHE CAN ONLY BE GUIDED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!
ME AND GARY ARE DOING GREAT! I STILL COULDNT BE HAPPIER! WE HAVE OUR UPS AND DOWNS, BUT WHO DONT RIGHT. HE IS A GOOD PROVIDER, FRIEND, COMPANION, AND SO ON....I CANT THANK GOD ENOUGH FOR HAVING HIM COME INTO MY LIFE!!!!
